Abstract

This article aims to examine in greater depth the challenges faced by cooperatives across the globe in confronting  increasingly  intense  competition  from digital  economy platforms.  Through  a  qualitative approach, this research will explore the perspectives of managers, cooperative members, and related experts to identify obstacles, adaptation strategies, and opportunities that cooperatives can leverage to remain relevant and sustainable in the digital era. This study is expected to make a significant contribution to the development of effective cooperative strategies in navigating the continuously transforming digital economic landscape.
