Abstract

The aims of this study are: 1) to determine and analyze the influence of human
resource development, work discipline, and work environment on employee
performance at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhadi Setiabudi
University. 2) to determine and analyze the effect of human resource development
on employee performance at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhadi
Setiabudi University. 3) to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline on
employee performance at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhadi
Setiabudi University. 4) to determine and analyze the effect of the work
environment on the performance of employees at the Faculty of Economics and
Business, Muhadi Setiabudi University. 5) to determine and analyze the influence
of human resource development, work discipline, and work environment on
employee performance at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhadi
Setiabudi University. This type of research is survey and causal and involves 42
subjects selected through the census method. Based on multiple linear regression
test shows that: 1) the development of human resources, work discipline, and work
environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the
performance of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhadi Setiabudi
University. 2) human resource development has a positive and significant impact
on the performance of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhadi Setiabudi
University. 3) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the
performance of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhadi Setiabudi
University. 4) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the
performance of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhadi Setiabudi
University. 5) There are differences in human resource development between
Structural and Non-Structural Employees at the Faculty of Economics and
Business, Muhadi Setiabudi University. There is no difference between work
discipline and the work environment of Structural and Non-Structural Employees
at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhadi Setiabudi University
