Due to technical obstacles related to the time and place of implementation, in order to continue to be carried out effectively and efficiently, the training uses online methods with the zoom meeting platform. The training was attended by members and administrators and the material was provided by an instructor who had received an official letter of assignment from LPPM. Cooperative management carried out by management and supervised by supervisors must refer to the implementation of cooperative principles. There are seven principles of cooperatives, namely membership is voluntary and open; management is carried out democratically; distribution of remaining business results is carried out fairly and in proportion to the amount of service of each member; limited compensation for capital; independence; cooperative education and cooperation between cooperatives. It is hoped that increasing understanding of cooperatives will increase member participation. Member participation consists in particular in utilizing cooperative services, which will increase income so that it is hoped that it can encourage the creation of greater residual business results which will then be allocated for the welfare of members as well. The welfare of members can be measured in units of economic benefit if members utilize cooperative services. There are benefits obtained when carrying out transactions, namely the existence of profitable price differences and welfare obtained from the distribution of remaining business results carried out by the cooperative when it obtains a surplus from its business activities. Measuring the benefits or welfare of members will be different for each type of cooperative.
Endang Wahyuningsih Copyright (c) 2024 Wndang Wahyuningsih https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2024-08-26 2024-08-26 5 2 293 248 10.32670/ecoopsday.v5i2.4691 Bimbingan Teknis Penyusunan Rencana Kerja Anggaran dan Belanja Koperasi Bagi Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Kementrian Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah https://journal.ikopin.ac.id/index.php/ecoopsday/article/view/4692
The Cooperative Budget and Expenditure Plan (RAPBK) is an important instrument for risk control, strategic planning and financial management. SHU is a form of indirect economic benefit (METL) that a cooperative can create for its members, which is a reflection of members' transaction contributions to one or more cooperative business units. As an indirect economic benefit, cooperatives generally have written provisions (as outlined in the cooperative's Articles of Association and Bylaws) regarding the distribution of Cooperative SHU, which, among other things, consists of SHU for Members, Management and Supervisory Funds, Work Area Development Funds, Reserve Funds. , Education Funds, expressed in percent; However, this is not the case with determining the member's share SHU calculation formula, namely the formula for determining how much SHU will be received by each member of the cooperative. The formula for determining the SHU that is part of each member is something that is considered important and necessary, because it is the main characteristic of the cooperative, in this case showing how much the cooperative's ability to create METL for its members. Determination of the SHU formula for members' shares is an embodiment of one of the principles of cooperatives, namely that the distribution of Surplus (SHU) is carried out fairly in accordance with the services or contributions of each member in utilizing cooperative business services. Thus, the formula used to calculate the SHU amount for each member must truly show fairness, which is based on the size of the member's contribution in utilizing one or several cooperative business units. To ensure fairness in determining the formula for calculating members' share of SHU, cooperatives absolutely must have records of member transactions in all the business units they run. Member transaction data is used to calculate the amount of contribution of each member to the cooperative business unit. This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to increase the Management's understanding of the importance of distributing SHU fairly to each member, and for this reason the cooperative's readiness is required to record all transactions in each business unit it runs; Accuracy of member transaction data will ensure fairness and increase members' trust in the cooperative.
Yuanita Indriani Copyright (c) 2024 Yuanita Indriani https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2024-08-26 2024-08-26 5 2 269 276 10.32670/ecoopsday.v5i2.4694 Pelatihan Digitalisasi Koperasi pada KSPPS Surya Amanah Ummah Kabupaten Sleman, Yogyakarta https://journal.ikopin.ac.id/index.php/ecoopsday/article/view/4698
Cooperative digitalization training at KSPPS Surya Amanah Ummah in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta aims to increase the capacity and skills of cooperative members in adopting digital technology. This initiative is driven by the cooperative's need to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and expand market reach in the digital era. The methods employed in this project include training, mentoring, and the implementation of relevant information technology tailored to the cooperative's needs. The implementation stages begin with needs analysis and the design of a website and social media strategy. Intensive training is provided to the cooperative's management and members on the use and management of the website and social media platforms. Continuous mentoring is also conducted to ensure the effective and optimal use of the implemented technology. The results of this project indicate that the creation of a website and the use of social media at Koperasi Kasongan Usaha Bersama successfully increased information transparency, facilitated member access to cooperative services, and expanded the marketing reach of cooperative products. The website allows the cooperative to disseminate information and financial reports in real-time. Additionally, social media is used to communicate with members and potential members, as well as to promote cooperative products more effectively. However, several challenges were encountered during the program, such as limited human resources skilled in information technology management and technical issues related to network infrastructure. Therefore, continuous efforts are needed in training and capacity building for human resources, as well as investment in technological infrastructure. Overall, this community service project demonstrates that the utilization of information technology through the creation of a website and social media can significantly strengthen the institutional framework of the cooperative and improve its performance and competitiveness. Recommendations are provided to Koperasi Kasongan Usaha Bersama to continue developing and optimizing information technology in its operations
Fitriana Dewi Sumaryana Siti Fadhillah Junaldi Lembang, dkk Copyright (c) 2024 Fitriana Dewi Sumaryana, Siti Fadhillah, Junaldi Lembang, Siska Nurul Syifa, Salsa Aufar Tri Putri, Imam Maulana Hakim https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 2024-08-26 2024-08-26 5 2 353 360 Pengembangan Desain Kemasan Produk Bumbu Pecel KWT Kenanga, Ngestiharjo, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta https://journal.ikopin.ac.id/index.php/ecoopsday/article/view/4683
We carried out this Community Service Activity (PKM) for the Women Farmers Group (KWT) "Kenanga", situated in Ngestiharjo, Special Region of Yogyakarta.
