The digital promotion training for students and young entrepreneurs aims to enhance understanding and skills in utilizing digital technology for product marketing. Based on the results of the training needs analysis (TNA), this training focuses on digital promotion techniques, including the use of social media, SEO, and other digital tools. The training is carried out in several stages, starting from needs identification, material development, to evaluation and follow- up. The methods used include lectures, group discussions, and case studies to improve participants' practical skills. Although there were some challenges regarding the misalignment with the established rundown, the overall implementation of the training went smoothly and was attended by 12 participants. The training evaluation was conducted through two main methods: pre-test and post-test, as well as a participant satisfaction questionnaire. The pre-test results showed an average initial score of 79.2, while the post-test increased to 83.3, with a 4.1% improvement. This reflects the effectiveness of the training material in enhancing participants' understanding. In addition to the tests, the satisfaction questionnaire was also used to assess their perception of the material, speakers, and facilities. The average scores from the questionnaire showed positive feedback, with high ratings for material quality (2.75) and speaker delivery (2.58). Overall, this training successfully improved participants' competence in digital promotion and provided a positive impact that can be directly implemented by the participants in their business.
