Training For Trainer (TOT) Karyawan Yayasan Bumi Hijau Lestasi (Trees 4 Trees) Pembentukan Perwakilan Kelompok Petani Secara Partisipatif dalam Rangka Persiapan Project Carbon Berbasis Lahan Petani

Abstract

Training of the Trainers (TOT) was carried out for three days from 30 – 31 December 2024. This Training For Trainer (TOT) activity was intended to provide T4T field staff with an understanding of the Participatory Formation of Community Cooperative Management, especially about how to form, select and determine representatives from Farmer Land Owners in a participatory manner in each Village. From the results of this TOT, it is hoped that the participants will be able to transfer/retrain the farmer assistants in the field so that the companions can carry out activities to form community group administrators in a participatory manner. The training has run smoothly and effectively and has succeeded in achieving the set objectives
