Cooperative is an organization that has the principle of members, for members, and by members. This statement clearly implies how the active participation of members is a force in the success of all aspects of cooperatives. The core aspects of cooperatives are aspects of human resources, business aspects, and cooperative capital aspects. In carrying out all its activities, cooperatives
require the synergy of members, administrators, and supervisors of cooperatives. Koperasi Pegawai Pemerintah Daerah (KPPD) with a total of 10,214 members regularly organizes member education activities as an implementation of cooperative values. The effort to increase members' understanding of cooperatives related to Cooperative Business Development was conducted on 26-28 August 2022, at the Royal Safari Garden Hotel-Bogor. One of the topics discussed is the Urgency of Communication in the Development of Cooperatives. The training was using presentation techniques, group discussions, and games. These techniques are carried out in accordance with the objectives of the training to provide information as an effort to increase member understanding, encourage members to actively respond to questions, and be actively involved in training sessions. This method was chosen based on the condition of the trainees who came from different government agencies and did not know each other. During the material delivery activity, the participants interacted by doing work games and group discussions. Active participants are selected by the presenters to be submitted to the training committee which would consider them for acceptance reward during the closing ceremony.
